Regular Membership

The criteria to become a CAC Regular member

The CAC Corporate Council states criteria according to the Articles part III, article 4, paragraph (a), (b) and (e), on which basis it assents the acceptance of a CAC Regular member:

A. CAC Individual Regular Membership

1. Any natural person, who
(a) wants to take part in the CAC activities,
(b) agrees with the CAC Articles and Ethics Code,
(c) is older than 18 years of age, and is sui juris according to the law regulations,
(d) has at least secondary school education,
can apply for the CAC Individual Regular Membership, by sending an Application for the CAC Individual Regular Membership to the e-mail address info@cako.cz, including the support of the information stated above.

2. The application including attachments will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the Presidium members within 15 days of its receipt. If at least one of the Presidium members expresses disapprobation, the application will be discussed at the following Presidium meeting. Else, the application will be approved.

3. The Presidium informs the applicant about the approval or disapproval of the application within 15 days to the e-mail address from which the application has been sent. The applicant can appeal against the decision to the assembly of CAC Expert members at the next CAC regular General Assembly within 30 days in writing to the CAC mail address.

4. If the application is approved by the Presidium, the applicant becomes a CAC Individual Regular member starting the day, when CAC account is credited with the membership fee payment.

B. CAC Institutional Regular Membership

1. Any corporate body or natural person, who
(a) wants to take part in the CAC activities,
(b) agrees with the CAC Articles and Ethics Code,
(c) possesses a corporate identification number,
(d) applies for the Membership through its statutory delegate, including the number of the corporation representatives, who will follow the CAC member rights and obligations
can apply for the CAC Institutional Regular Membership, by sending an Application for the CAC Institutional Regular Membership to the e-mail address info@cako.cz, including the support of the information stated above.

2. The application including attachments will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the Presidium members within 15 days of its receipt. If at least one of the Presidium members expresses disapprobation, the application will be discussed at the following Presidium meeting. Else, the application will be approved.

3. The Presidium informs the applicant about the approval or disapproval of the application within 15 days to the e-mail address from which the application has been sent. 4. If the application is approved by the Presidium, the applicant becomes a CAC Institutional Regular member starting the day, when CAC account is credited with the membership fee payment.
